We are looking for a Member Services Supervisor to join our team at our Rosenort Branch! You should be a diligent and self-motivated individual with at least 2-3 years experience in a customer service and/or cash handling role. Having 1-3 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered an asset. Experience with CGI, RFS360, and/or the Valeyo loans origination system would be preferred.

As a key player in our Member Services department, you will employ your talents to make an impact on the success of our members. You will be responsible for; leading, training, coaching, and developing the member services department, including conducting performance reviews, ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation, manage treasury functions, including balancing and handling cash orders and shipments, facilitate the opening of member accounts such as personal, business, organizational, corporate, and estate accounts, and promote and administer registered products including RRSPs, RRIFs, TFSAs, LIRAs, LIFs, and GICs, as well as estate accounts.
